Tesla’s Steering-Wheel-Free Cybercab Is at the Paris Motor Show. What Can Visitors Actually See?

Tesla is displaying its Cybercab robotaxi atthe 2026 Paris Motor Show, alongside the Optimus Gen 2 humanoid robot. The show’s press day is October 12; public days run from October 13 to 18 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles.
The Cybercab is designed without a steering wheel or pedals. Seeing it on a show stand, however, is different from taking a driverless ride. The vehicle’s appearance is an opportunity to examine the design and ask what would need to happen before such a service becomes part of everyday travel.
The show organizer also says Tesla will offer supervised driving demonstrations in other vehicles. Would you ride in a car designed without a steering wheel?
